Everything was simply good. Modern and absolutely fantastic hotel, stayed here for 1 night and had an excellent experience. The restaurant was great with authentic Xi'an food here, I had hot dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and bathroom was reasonably spacious.

This hotel is well-maintained and has a lovely modern vibe, offering a nice view of the city. It's located right in the heart of things, making it super convenient, and the staff is really helpful! 🌆.

Excellent breakfast with wine and beer provided. Very friendly and helpful staff who always smile. the whole staff showed kindness. Good location near the subway, making it convenient to reach the high-speed train station and main shopping areas.

This hotel has fantastic facilities overall, with an amazing location just outside the historic city walls.

Staff went above and beyond without being asked. Facilities are modern and new. Choice of breakfast is good. Room is spacious and comfortable, especially on higher floors. Close to metro stop for easy access to tourist areas.

The breakfast at the café was enjoyable and conveniently located next to a metro station, plus the room was a good size for my needs.

This hotel is centrally located and provides a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a rooftop bar with panoramic views of the city. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food at the French restaurant on the top floor is delicious. the rooms are clean, roomy and have private facilities.

While the hotel provides excellent services and amenities, the only minor issue was that the breakfast options were limited compared to the five-star standards. this, everything was perfect, and we had a comfortable and pleasant stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Xi'an. The location was ideal, with the subway station just around the corner and easy access to the main sites like the Bell Tower. The hotel itself was stunning, located in the tallest building in the city. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely big bathroom flooded with natural light. The hotel staff were outstanding, especially the receptionists who checked us in late at night and the helpful male staff at the counter who assisted with our luggage and provided clear directions when we needed them. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes, including Chinese, Japanese, and American options. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a top-floor bar with amazing views.

The hotel offered an elegantly designed room that made extra romantic my weekend escape with my partner. the breathtaking city view from our window and the rooftop bar were the highlights of our stay. We appreciated the comfortable bed and the soft bathrobes. the hotel was well-located near a subway station and shopping mall.

The hotel experience had some negative aspects too. the room service was way overpriced, and the food was average at best.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the friendly and competent staff. They spoke English well and always went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed. The concierge, Kevin, was particularly helpful, as he went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. Additionally, the location of this hotel was very convenient. It was near enough to the subway to make the main sites easily accessible, and it was located in the historical old town center. Furthermore, the breakfast served at this hotel was delicious and had a large variety of options.

The hotel is in a bit of an isolated location, with the nearest metro station being far away by foot, and not much to do in the neighborhood besides a few convenience stores and local restaurants. the rooms are spacious and modern with great views. the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness is top-notch. the breakfast buffet is great, and the facilities are impressive.

The food at the hotel, especially in the lounge, is not up to par with other IHG hotels.
